The JKM670N-66QL6-BDV is a Tiger Neo 3.0 bifacial dual-glass module rated at 670 W with 24.80% module efficiency. It uses 264 N-type TOPCon quarter cells (66×4) and has a bifaciality of 85±5%. Construction is 2.0 mm anti-reflection coated front glass, 2.0 mm heat-strengthened back glass and an anodized aluminium alloy frame with an IP68 junction box. The module measures 2382 x 1134 x 30 mm, weighs 32.5 kg and is certified for 5400 Pa front and 2400 Pa rear static load. Temperature coefficient of Pmax is -0.26%/°C.
