The JKM520N-54HL4M-BDV is a Tiger Neo 54-cell bifacial dual-glass module rated at 520 W with 23.38% module efficiency. It uses 108 N-type TOPCon half cells (54×2) with HOT 3.0 and SMBB technology and has a bifaciality of 80±5%. Construction is 2.0 mm anti-reflection coated front glass, 2.0 mm heat-strengthened back glass and an anodized aluminium alloy frame.
