The JKM650N-66HL4M-BDV is a Tiger Neo bifacial dual-glass module rated at 650 W with 24.1% module efficiency. It uses 132 N-type TOPCon half cells (66×2) with Jinko’s HOT 3.0 and SMBB cell technology and has a bifaciality of 80±5%. Construction is 2.0 mm anti-reflection coated front glass, 2.0 mm heat-strengthened back glass and an anodized aluminium alloy frame.
