The JKM650N-78HL4-BDV is a Tiger Neo 78-cell bifacial dual-glass module rated at 650 W with 23.25% module efficiency. It uses 156 N-type TOPCon half cells (78×2) with HOT 3.0 and SMBB technology and has a bifaciality of 80±5%. Construction is 2.0 mm anti-reflection coated front glass, 2.0 mm heat-strengthened back glass and an anodized aluminium alloy frame with an IP68 junction box. The module measures 2465 x 1134 x 30 mm, weighs 34.0 kg and is certified for 5400 Pa front and 2400 Pa rear static load. Temperature coefficient of Pmax is -0.29%/°C.
